What paid packages are available?

Monthly packages are designed as ৳250 for 2,000 AI replies, ৳500 for 5,000, ৳750 for 10,000, plus Monthly Unlimited at the administrator-configured price. Payment is submitted by bKash Send Money and manually verified.

How is my Facebook Page connected?

Until one-click Meta OAuth is enabled, open the Admin Facebook profile shown in your Facebook settings page and give that profile Page access/Admin access, or contact the Admin on WhatsApp. Admin connects only the Store/Page belonging to your account from the scoped User Manage panel.

Can I connect my own Gemini API key?

Yes. The dashboard supports one encrypted personal Gemini key per user and automatic model fallback. If it is unavailable, platform AI fallback can be used.

Can I connect multiple Facebook Pages?

Yes. Multiple Pages can be mapped to a Store with separate Page tokens and conversation isolation.

Which courier/logistics integrations are supported?

Steadfast, CarryBee and Packnexa can be configured per Store. A Processing order can be sent to one provider only. Steadfast and CarryBee support status refresh; Packnexa remains Shipping until the Store owner changes it manually. FraudShield or BD Courier can show non-blocking delivery history/risk information.

How does Messenger safety work?

The platform has a 24-hour messaging guard for normal outbound replies, remembers customer opt-outs and does not provide unsolicited bulk broadcast.
